Managing My Availability
There are two types of availability -- Your Availability and Listing Availability.
Your availability to take calls can be changed:
In the
My Availability
section of the
My Account page
You can text your availability. Click on
on
My Account Page
next to
You can also text your availability.
For the numbers and instructions.
Listing Availability can be changed:
You will only get calls if "
Your availability"
is set to Taking Calls (See above)
You only need to use
Listing Availability
if you want to control the availability of individual listings otherwise just set all listings to
Accepting Calls
and use the Y
our Availability
setting to control when you get calls
You set Listing Availability on the
View Listings page
. Set the listings you want to be available to
- Accepting Calls
.
Set listings you don't want to be available to Mail Only (never accepts calls) or (No Calls or Mail)
Note:
Check
My Clients
to see details about calls you missed, like who called you and when they called. When you miss a call your availability is automatically set to
Not Taking Calls
. After changing your availability to
Taking Calls
you can email your client and let him know you're available. You can even offer your client free minutes. Search
