My Clients
My Account>Clients>View Details enables you to track, organize, and communicate with your clients.  The information provided in My Clients gives you visibility into how your customers interact with you, allowing you to analyze and build effective customer marketing programs.

On this page you see your last interaction with each client, the date of the last interaction and spending totals by interaction type.  

Click a column header to sort by the values in that the column.

If you missed a call you can see who called you. When you miss a call your availability is automatically set to Not Taking Calls.   After changing your availability to Taking Calls you can email your client and let him know you're available.  You can even offer your client free minutes.  Search PW Mail.  Then look for Offer Mail to see how.

You can also start a Chat Session with your logged on clients.  Under Logged In if the client is logged in it will say Start Chat.  Just click on Start Chat to start a chat session with your client.
